How is the order delivered to me?
Once you’ve placed your order, the restaurant or the Mall will prepare and package your items. Once the order is ready, a Drider will pick it up and bring it to your delivery address
What if I want to cancel my order?
As long as the restaurant or mall has not yet started preparing your order, you're able to cancel your order in my orders section in GO app
